If you have knowledge and experience of trusts and their formation and administration this would be an advantage. You will need to show a high level of commitment, initiative and willingness to work with the other team members to develop the business, while at the same time achieving agreed personal targets as a fee earner. You will be organised, efficient and a team player with good business acumen with an ability to generate new ideas and follow them through. You will also have good IT skills and be open and friendly as the role will involve a degree of networking and external presentations. | |

| Exeter | Private Client Professional Support Lawyer. | This is a unique opportunity to a fast growing and successful UK practice supporting the Private Client team. A key component of the role will include supporting the professional work of the fee earners through knowledge-sharing, updating and maintenance of precedents and providing research and training. In addition, the PSL will be required to assist with the development of marketing and services to clients especially Non Domiciles, including developing content for client seminars, assisting with the development of extranets and client bulletins. The successful candidate will be proficient in Private Client work and is likely to have 3 or more year's PQE. Previous experience as a PSL is not required, but a willingness to present seminars, combined with an interest in educating others is essential for the role. | |
